Landbot is a no-code platform for marketing and sales teams to build AI agents and chatbots for a website and WhatsApp. Its prices are shown in euros by default. People look for alternatives when nobody on the team has time to build and maintain the flows, or when they want a different mix of channels.
Javo is listed first because Javo publishes this article. It is a narrower product. The table shows where Landbot is the better choice.
About this comparison: Javo publishes this article and is one of the options listed, in first place. Placement reflects our focus on website enquiries, not an independent performance ranking. We checked the public vendor pages named in the sources on 16 October 2026. We did not run a head-to-head product benchmark. Prices are in US dollars unless marked €. Billing units differ, and the vendor can change them at any time.
When Landbot is the better choice
Keep Landbot when a marketer on your team wants to build and change the agent personally. The page lists a free plan with 100 chats and no AI agents, Starter at €40 per month, Professional at €100 and Business from €400. Annual billing saves 20%. Every plan includes a shared inbox so that a person can take over a chat. The page says answers come from your own knowledge base and can be combined with button-based flows.

When not to choose Javo
If you have a marketer who wants to build and edit the agent and you want a published euro price, Landbot is likely to fit better than Javo.
Javo is a website agent set up for you at €600 per month per product. It does not include a shared inbox for your own team, voice or messaging channels or a tool your team configures and maintains.
Build it yourself or have it set up
The Landbot route is cheaper on published prices: €384 over the first year of Starter, against €7,200 for Javo. The difference pays for work. With Landbot your team writes the flows, loads the knowledge base and keeps both current. Javo says it does the installation, configuration and launch support for you.
Choose by who has the time. If you have a person who will own the agent every week, Landbot is likely to cost less. If nobody does, a cheaper tool can sit unfinished.
How to test a replacement
Give each option the same ten questions on desktop and on mobile. Record the answer, the time it took to set up and whether your team received a usable contact.
Count the hours your own team spent. For a tool you build yourself, that time is part of the cost.
